Dr. Hakala graduated from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry in 1975 and has been working in the field of TMJ disorders and obstructive sleep apnea ever since. | Dr. Ledermann graduated from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry in 2002. She has a broad-based background in general dentistry performed in both private and nonprofit clinics, which has included seeing patients under general anesthesia in a hospital setting. Additionally, she has a master’s degree in speech-language pathology and is experienced in the treatment of oropharyngeal dysfunction. Dr. Ledermann joined the practice in March 2009 and has been undergoing extensive training in the areas of temporomandibular disorders and obstructive sleep apnea. She is a member of the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine and the American Academy of Craniofacial Pain. |

Our clinical staff includes two dental assistants who are licensed in the state of Minnesota and are certified by the American Academy of Craniofacial Pain. Both assistants have extensive training in:

- The John F. Barnes’ Myofascial Release Approach
- Craniosacral Therapy through the Upledger Institute
- Oral Systemic Balance therapies
There is also a certified and licensed massage therapist on staff. |
